We the People of Johnson County Missouri, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 📄 Amendments and MO Organization Chart
Hi Folks!
I didn’t get the Amendments written “tomorrow” from Monday, March 4, which I think posted on Tuesday, March 5, which should have made “tomorrow” on Wednesday March 6, which is today, so I’ll post them NOW which is actually “tomorrow” from Tuesday, so I guess it’s actually on time!
Confused? Welcome to my world.
Okay, without further ado - here are the amendments that passed!
After reading the amendments you’re probably ready for a stiff coffee, right? RIGHT! Go get one, because I found some REALLY interesting stuff on ballotpedia.com. This is how our Missouri government is supposed to work: with the VOTERS on top!!!!!
I found that interesting. At least they have it right in the Org Chart! NOW, if we can just get it right functionally!!
What I actually was looking for when I found this was an Org Chart for our Republican PARTY Organization. MAN! I can’t find it anywhere!! I think that’s an important thing to know, don’t you???
Well, all I’ve got to say is, “If you find it, please let me know.” Like, how can we be a member of a party when we don’t even know how it’s organized? Who is in what position? Who elects who and when? How is our President of the GOP elected? And when? His name is Nick Myers and I’ve met him, but that’s about all I know about how he got where he is.
I’m working on getting a speaker for us to elucidate these tantalizing yet ELUSIVE little facts! I’ll keep you posted.
In the meantime, if you find that pesky little MO Republican Party Organizational Chart, give me a heads up, would you?
Have fun with the amendments!!
love the organizational chart!! Regarding amendments, I think it's important to be clear, they are adopted/passed/selected to simply move on to the next caucus in Sedalia, and we'll have to see if they get to move on from there :)
and a MO republican chart would be amazing!!
