We the People of Johnson County Missouri - Saturday, December 7, 2024 👩🏻‍🦱?/🧑🏻‍🦱? Is SCOTUS Exploding the Absurdity Called "Transgenderism"?

Hi Folks!

A couple of things to talk about today.

FIRST -

Many of you have seen the discussion on our fb page about HB 135 that our MO Representative, Brandon Phelps, has pre-filed. There are varying opinions on it, but here’s what I hear God saying to me about this.

“This is your/our opportunity to bathe Brandon in prayer. Surround Him with the Holy Spirit in your prayers. Pray continually, because this is MY (GOD’s) opportunity to work in Brandon’s life.”

Do you want to be part of God’s Kingdom on earth? This is your chance!!

I sent Brandon an email telling him I would be praying this scripture for myself, and for him, putting us on the same side: GOD’s Side. (Zephaniah 3:17)

“The Lord your GOD is in your midst, and He is - a Warrior Who can deliver,

• He takes great delight in you,

• He renews you by HIS LOVE,

• He shouts for JOY over you.”

Here’s what God’s Word says about our “authorities/rulers” in Romans 13:1 -

“Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”

So…here’s my conversation with God about that verse:

Me: God, you SURELY didn’t put Joe Biden in office!!!

God: I did.

Me: What on EARTH were You thinking? He’s consistently tried, and is still trying to destroy our country!!! For REAL!!! I mean it, he IS!!!

God: I know. That’s not why I put him in office. I put him there to make it BLATANTLY OBVIOUS My people must turn to Me. Otherwise their rulers turn the country toward evil.

Me: Okay, I get that. I also know You’ve led me to be more involved in governmental/political things than I ever have been before. But honestly, I sort of hate it.

God: You’re not comfortable with it, but you’re learning to trust Me to lead you in it.

Me: True. Show me how to help Brandon lean on YOU.

God: I am. I’ll show you day by day how to pray for him and what I want you to do to make this a growing point for him into My Love. To help him say, “YES” to Me.

Me: Okay, God. Please speak loudly and firmly with Your directions, because You KNOW sometimes I don’t hear You as well as other times. Holy Spirit, take charge of me in praying for Brandon.

Holy Spirit: Done and doing.

Me: Thank You. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!! Make me Your useful servant!!! I sure can’t do that on my own!

God and Holy Spirit: On it.

SO…THAT is our job. Overwhelmingly support Brandon with prayers for his heart to soften and say, “YES” to God. Or pray the verse above.

Oh, btw…”submit” in Romans 13:1 above does not mean “agree with” or “blindly follow.” It means something more like, “work with, discuss differences and come to a Godly agreement, support by prayer, know that God put this person in his/her place of authority so God can use it to teach and instruct him/her AND us, to LEAN more and MORE on God.”

I’m sharing God and my Work with you, because I hope it helps you.

If there’s anything I’ve learned of late, it’s PRAY FOR OUR LEADERS. ALWAYS. It’s our Godly responsibility. Find scriptures to pray for them from your Bible readings. Pray for God to be their Strength. Ask the Holy Spirit to give them GOD’s Wisdom, and that they accept and USE it. SO many ways to pray for them…it’s countless!!😊

SECOND -

This goes along with the FIRST in terms of PRAYING for our “authorities.” In case you haven’t been following it, the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) is trying a case that is supposed to be decided no later than this coming July regarding transgenderism.

This link is about SCOTUS upholding the Tennessee law banning transgender “care”, and more importantly asking the question that explodes the “reality” of transgenderism.

What’s being tried is a Tennessee law banning “gender-affirming care” for children. Adults can still get chop-a-dictomies (I stole that from Jeff Childers in Coffee & Covid. 😄 He has a way with words!) The Tennessee law is similar to laws passed in nearly all the red states at this point. Missouri’s SAFE Act law passed last year, but of course is ALREADY being opposed by groups unwittingly being led by satan’s helpers.

You can read the article from Axios here. Despite Axios being a very left-leaning reporting source, the bottom line is: it appears SCOTUS will uphold the ban on children getting chop-a-dictomies. YAYYYYY!!!!🥳🎉

The clever legal trap Justice Thomas first led Biden’s weaponized trans activists (via their lawyers, one of whom was trans) into was that they were forced to rationally defend their irrational ideology. They had to answer the Justices’ questions!

Justice Thomas asked a simple question, “What remedy are you seeking?” he asked the government’s lawyers. Trans lawyer Chase Strangio who is a biological female currently acting as a male (…is that her REAL name???) was flustered, but eventually coughed up something about an injunction.

Then Justice Thomas sprang the trap with a follow-up question of: “So practically, you would get different treatment based on sex?”

That tiny, obvious question left the government’s Equal Protection Case in a shambles, because they were pounding for UNEQUAL TREATMENTS for boys vs girls. For example: John wants to transition to Jane, so docs prescribe estrogen for John. However, if Sally wants to transition to Sam, she would get a DIFFERENT AND UNEQUAL TREATMENT of testosterone. Wa LA! (Okay, voila…) DIFFERENT TREATMENTS!!!

That was the first cannonball to their argument, but oh wait! It gets better!!

THEN, Justice Alito chimed in with the question of, “Is transgender status immutable?” THAT my friends is the BEAUTY of the legal system. ONLY immutable characteristics can be protected via the equal protection laws.

This is for obvious reasons: if we protect characteristics like obesity, tattoos, hairstyle, etc, the reality is these can CHANGE!!! They are MUTABLE!!! So…one day a person might need protection, then his/her status changes and such a person wouldn’t be protected, back and forth, and on we go! SO, no protection for ye CHARACTERISTICS who be MUTABLE! 🧨

Then Justice Alito put the last nail in the coffin for the transgender charade! He asked about “gender fluidity.” For example, is it possible a man might become a woman, then regret it and go back to being a man, etc.? The government lawyers had to acquiesce that yes, indeed, that has happened.

Okay, so the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause was only designed to address systemic inequalities tied to deeply ingrained societal prejudices over things people cannot control, like their skin color, rather than protecting people’s individual preferences or lifestyle choices.

WHAM!!! SLAM THE DOOR, BABY!!!!

BUT WAIT!!!! THERE’S STILL MORE!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Justice Alito cited a number of studies, including the POIGNANT Cass Report, which found no evidence trans kids were less likely to attempt suicide than kids whose gender dysphoria was treated in other ways. Justice Alito noted that, after the publication in Britain of the Cass Report, the UK and other European countries banned puberty blockers. (para from Coffee & Covid, IMMUTABLE, 12/6/2024)

I am LOVING seeing the Circus of Absurdity being performed by all this “transgenderism” implode! LOVING IT!!!! (Did I say, I am LOVING it???)🤺👏🏻🙌🏻🫶🏻

Anyway, it looks very favorable that at some point people will AGAIN accept the REALITY that (Gen 5:2)…God created them in His Image; MALE and FEMALE He created them. The dilly-dally-sally-forth into Fantasy Land will be over. Please.
