I’m a couple days late getting you the news about Daniel Penny that I referred to in my last post, but….IT’S WORTH THE WAIT!!!
Daniel Penny has been acquitted in the death of Jordan Neely.
You may or may not remember the case about Daniel Penny, but it has been stuck in my brain since it happened.
Here’s the scoop!!!
Recap: Mr. Penny is a young veteran of the Marine Corp and an architectural student. On May 21, 2023 he was riding on a subway in New York City when a man named Jordan Neely, who was obviously not in control of his senses began physically threatening people on the subway and repeatedly saying, “I’m gonna kill somebody, and I don’t care if I get killed myself!”
Subway riders included women and children trapped on the train with Neely. Penny, a nearby straphanger and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, stepped in to subdue Neely, placing him in a six-minute chokehold, to protect other passengers fearing for their lives.
Once the subway arrived at the station, Mr. Penny asked for first responders to be called, both police an and ambulance. According to police-worn bodycam footage shown in the courtroom, Neely was still alive when officers arrived on the scene. A pair of first responders reported that Neely had a detectable heartbeat. "I feel a pulse," one officer said, as a second cop confirmed. He was pronounced dead at a hospital hours later.
Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg and his team of prosecutors filed two counts against Daniel Penny, after the courageous veteran briefly (6 minutes) threw a headlock around chronic offender, drug addict, and domestic terrorist Jordan Neely, to hold him from hurting innocent passengers on their shared subway car. By the way, none of those facts have ever been disputed.
While waiting for first-responders, the woman who was in jeopardy from Mr. Neely thanked Mr. Penny repeatedly for saving her life. She also reported to the police that she felt Mr. Penny had saved her from harm. Two other passengers told the police the same thing.
Neely, who had an open arrest warrant at the time, was a known violent individual with an extensive criminal history, including separate subway assaults. In 2021, he punched an elderly woman, breaking her nose and fracturing an orbital bone. In 2019, he sucker-punched a man at a subway stop, the same place where Neely eventually encountered Penny.
Both white and black people were involved the the event, however Mr. Neely was black and died. Mr. Penny was white and lived while saving several people from harm, both black and white.
Notably, Penny wasn't arrested until 11 days after Neely died — when the BLM lobby, hoping to make Neely the next George Floyd, successfully pressured Bragg's office to prosecute Penny.
HERE’S THE KICKER: Mr. Penny was arrested for:
Manslaughter and
Negligent Homicide.
There is no world in which this is either accurate or fair. None. Only satan creates lies of this magnitude.
Okay, so for the past several months Mr. Penny’s trial has been ongoing. Because the case was so publicized and outrage was so obvious it took quite a while to find “neutral” jury members.
Once the jury was finally selected, they were instructed to:
FIRST: Decide the manslaughter issue. Once they decided that to move on to the
SECOND: issue of Negligent Homicide. See court directions below:
Okie dokey.
Last Friday, after a loooooong jury deliberation with numerous interruptions for clarification from the judge on the terms used for Manslaughter, the jury was deadlocked.
According to attorneys I’ve heard from this should mean the case is OVER, and the defendant is free to go. Why? Because the RULES WRITTEN AND GIVEN TO THE JURY said, the SECOND item of NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE would not, and could not be determined until AFTER the FIRST CHARGE WAS DECIDED. The reasoning for that is that if Penny was found not guilty of Count 1, because the prosecution failed to disprove that Penny's actions were justified, the jury could not proceed to consider Count 2 and "must" find Penny not guilty of that charge.
The judge tipped his hand, broke court rules, showed his own prejudice (or stupidity - I’m not sure which) and told the jury to break for the weekend and return on Monday (today) to decide the SECOND ITEM.
Friday I was angry, furious actually, disgusted at stupidity and lies being enacted, and heartsick for Daniel Penny, who is a modern day HERO. There was NOTHING to do but PRAY. Pour out my heart to God about the unfairness, the lies, the prejudice, the overall insanity of our world today, and ask God to INTERVENE and help the court declare Daniel Penny innocent.
Ps 62:8 - “Trust in Him at ALL times, O people! Pour out your hearts to Him, for GOD is our REFUGE.”
To do anything else was unthinkable. Not JUST for Mr. Penny. It would mean in the future people would be too afraid to get “involved” in violence happening around them to get involved either physically or by calling police. They might be dragged into court.
It also would mean that in the future lawyers might “overcharge offenses” hoping if the first one didn’t get a conviction, the second or third or fourth, etc. might. MORE lies, more insanity.
The medical examiner, Dr. Cynthia Harris, told jurors, “It’s my medical opinion that there are no alternative reasonable explanations for Mr. Neely’s death, other than the chokehold.” She continued, “No toxicological result imaginable was going to change my opinion (that Neely was murdered), even if they showed enough fentanyl to put down an elephant.”
Um…okay, doc.
Dr. Satish Chundru, an expert pathology witness, said he believed Neely died from “the combined effects of sickle cell crisis, the schizophrenia, the struggle and restraint and the synthetic marijuana” that was in his system.
Can you say, George Floyd…?
BUT TODAY, DANIEL PENNY HAS BEEN ACQUITTED. THANK YOU, MY PRECIOUS JESUS FOR YOUR LOVE AND YOUR WATCHCARE.

I don’t know all the GOOD this can bring in Daniel Penny’s life, but it may start with Daniel Penny to be tapped for Congressional Gold Medal by House GOP lawmaker.” The sub-headline of the above headline added, “Mr. Penny bravely stood in the gap to defy this corrupt system and protect his fellow Americans, says Republican Rep. Eli Crane.”
Romans 8:28 - “And in all things we know that GOD works for the Good for those who love Him, who are called according to His Purpose.”
My prayer: Thank you Father God for Your Love. Be not only with Daniel Penny and his loved ones, but also with Mr. Neely’s family. Help them feel Your Love, Guidance, Comfort and Calling. Help them all say, “Yes, Lord.” Thank You.
