Tonight is our We the People of Johnson Co MO meeting!
7:00pm - Johnson County Fairgrounds
Newly retired Lt. Col. - Group Commander Stuart Sullivan from Whiteman Airforce Base will be presenting for us. Sullivan had planned to make the Airforce his career choice, but happenings of the past few years changed his decision. He said at first the changes happened slowly, but then faster and faster.
I look forward to hearing his candid description of what is happening to the US Military. I may not like what is happening, but I’d rather KNOW about it and do something if I possibly can, than simply have the demilitarization of our armed forces suddenly be discovered if we are attacked.
My BIG QUESTION to newly retired Lt. Col. Sullivan is, “What can we the people, do?” The ALWAYS answer is Pray. Is there more? Write letters? Contact legislators? Are their military or lobby groups we can support? March in Jefferson City? I’m just spit balling here.
