Hi Folks!

I was SO GLAD to get this notification and be able to complete and email a witness form TO SUPPORT SB 49.

Read on below, complete the form, send it and Share with friends to do the same. The mutilation of children for sport and profit is hideously malicious. Any medically licensed person doing this needs to be UN-licensed. FOREVER. They need to change professions to something that will not allow them to abuse and destroy children.

Read this article by someone who worked in the St. Louis Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital, where they are doing gender transition surgery and other treatments:

I Thought I Was Saving Trans Kids. Now I’m Blowing the Whistle.

You'll read about Wash U removing the breasts of a troubled teenage girl who three months later came back saying, "I want my breasts back."

And you'll read that about 1000 troubled kids were treated in the four years she was there.  What's particularly troubling is her report that the hacks at Wash U do very little screening or counseling before making permanent life-altering changes to these children.

Senator Mike Moon has been trying to put an end to this for some time.  He has a bill this year that needs YOUR SUPPORT.

SB 49 will have a hearing soon, and you can help with phone calls, visits to the Capitol and by filling out a witness form for the hearing, if you can't be there in person.

ABOUT SB 49  (Note that Sen. Jill Carter has a companion bill, SB 164.)
 

This act establishes the "Missouri Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act". Under this act, no physician or health care provider shall provide gender transition procedures to any minor or refer any minor to another health care provider for such procedures. This prohibition shall not apply to services for minors born with medically verifiable disorders of sex development; treatment of any infection, injury, disease, or disorder caused or exacerbated by gender transition procedures; or procedures undertaken because the minor suffers from a condition that would place him or her in imminent danger or death or impairment of a major bodily function unless surgery is performed.

Any health care provider referring or providing gender transition procedures to minors may be subject to discipline by his or her professional licensing board for unprofessional conduct. The provision of gender transition procedures to a minor in violation of this act shall be considered grounds for a cause of action against the health care provider, as described in the act.
