We the People of Johnson Co MO - Friday, August 19, 2022 💉⚖📜
Hey there, Hi there, Ho there!
Good meeting last Monday! Good info, good questions, good people. I’ll give a little synopsis and put links on for more follow up information.
Melinda Clark-Sann, Esq. discussed what has happened with Rae’s Cafe since her firm came on board to assist in suing KC for shutting down the establishment. The KC Health Dept. took it upon itself to close the cafe over masking issues, as Rae’s Cafe did not and would not bend to the mandate of masking both customers and employees. Rae’s Cafe has now moved to Independence where the local Health Dept. does not require masking, so in essence the charges brought against the owner of Rae’s Cafe are moot. However, never let it be said that moot charges ever stopped a full-court press (pun intended) against someone who basically told Emperor (some call him Mayor….you choose) Quentin Lucas to take a hike.
Ms. Clark-Sann is moving the case toward a Jury Trial. The Jury Trial should be advantageous as peers/citizens will be a more reasonable judge of the issue than a political system stacked against freedom and for mandates.
Melinda also is assisting people being politically persecuted by mandates for covid shots. The most forceful healthcare bad-actors mandating shots for employees in the KC area include KU Medical Center and St. Luke’s hospital systems.
Ms. Clark-Sann specializes in Criminal Defense, Employment Law, and Civil and Human Rights. Should you need to contact her, here is her information: legal@mclarksannlaw.com

Doug Fristoe, brought us some excellent information about COS (Convention of States) activity. For a full understanding of COS go to: conventionofstates.com
Some of the highlights include:
Why would we want to organize a COS? Simple: to bring power back to the states and the people, where it belongs. Bureaucrats have vastly over-extended their power, and that needs to be reeled in and stopped. Dead. Finito. The End. Knife to the heart. You get the picture.
Article V of the U.S. Constitution gives states the power to call a Convention of States to propose amendments…especially amendments Congress will not propose. Some good ones to include would be:
limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government,
impose fiscal restraint and accountability on the federal government, and
place term limits on federal officials.
What’s the progress so far?
It takes 34 states to call the convention and 38 to ratify any proposed amendments.
19 states have passed the COS Resolution in both House and Senate
7 states have passed the COS Resolution in one chamber
15 states have active legislation in 2022
WE’RE GETTING CLOSE!!! Check the Activity Map at conventionofstates.com. Then Share this page with ANYONE YOU KNOW living in a yellow or blue color-coded state. IMPLORE them to contact their Representatives and Senators to complete the Resolution in both House and Senate ASAP.
Did I mention AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?
Our country is being destroyed at a speed that would shame Olympic runners. Do not delay.
Share, ShArE, SHARE!!!! This is more urgent than eating dessert.
For REAL.
