We the People of Johnson Co MO Friday, August 12, 2022 Let me Introduce our Speakers for Next Monday's We the People Meeting!
Our next We the People of Johnson Co MO meeting is this coming Monday, August 15, 7:00PM at the Johnson County Fairgrounds. We have a couple of excellent topics and excellent presenters to bring them.
Melinda Clark-Sann, Esq. will be discussing some of her current law cases in the local community to inform us about the legal system in our own backyards.
She has an interesting bio. As a former Jackson County Assistant Prosecutor and former Blue Springs Municipal Assistant Prosecutor, Ms. Clark-Sann has worked tirelessly for years to advocate for justice.
In 2002, Melinda co-founded and was a Managing Partner of Connor, Clark-Sann, Chappell & Rivers, LLC, a boutique law firm of all women here in Kansas City. At this firm, she litigated numerous civil and criminal matters in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts. Melinda now focuses on her private practice at the Law Offices of Melinda Clark-Sann, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, in the areas of civil rights, and employment law.
In her quest to zealously fight for her clients, Melinda works behind the scenes with local public officials. She has testified in front of the state legislature on behalf of various bills introduced to maintain freedom and personal autonomy. Melinda is also routinely invited to speak at various local and global events to advise people of their rights and to give them the legal education necessary to stand against tyrannical Covid-19 restrictions and discrimination.
Most recently Melinda represented the local Blue Springs venue called Rae’s Cafe. Melinda is honored to currently have the role of defending the owner’s rights to freely operate her private establishment without unlawful government interference.
Most people really don’t keep track of our justice system, and Melinda finds it important to allow people to ask questions about how they can make their voices heard. BRING YOUR QUESTIONS!
William Douglas Fristoe, District Captain MO HD31 of Convention of States ACTION (COS) will present information regarding what the COS is, how the Constitution of the United States empowers such a group, and why it is tremendously important to know how the COS may be used to preserve freedom in our country.
“Doug” is a retired native of Missouri, born and raised in the Kansas City area. Mr. Fristoe served in the US. Army from 1966-1970 where he was commissioned in field artillery, completing a tour in Vietnam from 1968-69. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Missouri Columbia and a Finance MBA from Regis University in Colorado Springs. Most of his career took him East of the Mississippi in Manufacturing, Distribution and Financial Services.
This is a rare opportunity to get questions answered about the COS, so…BRING YOUR QUESTIONS!
We the People of Johnson Co MO is YOUR TIME to hear REAL information about what is happening in our country, and how that affects us locally. Come with questions and get the answers you need to help put the USA back on the right track.
Can’t wait to see everybody next Monday!
