We the People of Johnson Co MO Friday, August 5, 2022 - John Rich: Stick Your Progress Where the Sun Don't Shine
I usually don’t copy and paste whole articles into our time together, but this was just too Big ‘n Rich not to!! John Rich of Big & Rich has made a song that totally unites Republicans and Democrats in our feelings that our country is 85% going the wrong direction. We’re united in the pain being inflicted on us by the woke administration currently in charge of the USA. Take a listen to the song, and to his interview by The Daily Wire.
THEN, download it, sing it, scream it wherever you go!!! Nashville has gone foul-smellingly-woke, forgetting who sat it where it is like a turtle on a fencepost. Like…you SEE the turtle on the fencepost, but you KNOW he didn’t get there on his own, right? So. Christian and Conservative musicians put Nashville on the map, and now theyve gone WOKE?!?!?!? Sorry, but that scores two, count them 1, 2 upchucks on my gastric scale.
As John Rich gets download after download without the help of Nashville, Country Music Awards, or any of their woke ilk, he puts little tiny tacks in their coffin. Or at least he takes money away from them which is totally funny and enjoyable. Dang their traitorous skunky hides, anyway.
REGARDLESS, ENJOY THE SONG. It says what we all feel, know, and have nightmares about. It’s MOST fun when you play it REALLY LOUD! It’s cathartic like “Let’s go, Brandon” but better because it’s set to a catchy tune.
Thanks, John Rich and The Daily Wire. We love you, and we’re so glad you give us both true news, and a musical outlet for our frustrations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Country music superstar John Rich has hit the top of the charts with a hit song telling woke scolds precisely what to do with their “progress.”
The song, “Progress,” reached No. 1 on iTunes, edging out new releases from Billie Eilish and Lizzo, as well as “Running Up That Hill” by Kate Bush, which has returned to the charts after being featured on “Stranger Things.” The lyrics to Rich’s newest hit are chock full of messages for liberals and the Biden administration.
“They say building back better will make America great,” sings Rich, who is half of the legendary country music duo Big & Rich. “If that’s the wave of the future, all I’ve got to say, [is] stick your progress where the sun don’t shine. Keep your big mess away from me and mine. If you leave us alone, well, we’d all be just fine.”
Rich, who initially released the song on Truth Social and Rumble, tweeted a screenshot of the latest chart, along with a message of gratitude to his fans.
“Felt good to beat the machine today:) Thanks to all of you for the massive support! We are making good #Progress #NumberOne #Worldwide,” Rich tweeted.
The video that accompanies the song is further indictment of the Biden administration, showing empty baby formula shelves, rioting, and soaring prices.
Rich, a longtime conservative who supported Donald Trump in 2016, performed at a pre-inaugural concert with Big Kenny, the other half of Big & Rich. A frequent guest on Fox News, he co-wrote a song called “Shut Up About Politics” with the network’s Greg Gutfeld and also hosts the series “The Pursuit! with John Rich” on Fox Business Network. The show seeks to inspire and unite Americans around the rights articulated in the Declaration of Independence, especially the “pursuit of happiness,” he previously stated.
Rich also scored a hit late last year with fellow conservative Mike Rowe called “Santa’s Gotta Dirty Job.” Proceeds went to Folds of Honor, a non-profit that provides educational scholarships for military families, and the mikeroweWORKS Foundation.
Rich told one fan on Twitter the latest hit was also a collaboration, although he did not name his co-writers.
“Me and a couple of Patriot friends wrote it,” he tweeted. “Glad you like it!”
